I am a renter of a property managed by SLPM and have been for 3 +yrs. I recently learned that the property I reside is going to foreclosure because the owner could no longer make the payments. The staff at SLPM has been nothing short of amazing!  Instead of washing their hands of the situation (which they have every right to do),  they have taken me by the hand and helped me in every way they can to minimize my stress and keep me up to date on what is going on and they have taken the time to explain the intricacies of being a renter during a foreclosure process.  The owner Gary has personally called me to explain all of the possible outcomes and assured me they would help me find new housing if and when the time comes.  I would like to thank Gary and all of his staff at SLPM for hard work and care.  In these tough times of today, it is businesses like this that can make all the difference in the world!

Hi,I've been renting from this property management for 6 years and I'm very pleased at the wonderful staff, Sadie, Patricia, Joel and Gary the owner.They are a awesome team when you need them they are always there for you,and there willingness,communication and professionalizing is the best; anytime I call them  they get right on it.  Gary is a professional business man and he is very nice and helpful to me and that's what makes me continue renting with them and my family thanks SLPM and appreciate everything.

We rented a property through SLPM for a year and we had a really good experience in every way.  Communication was great, my e-mails were always answered and whenever there was a problem, they sent out professionals who fixed the problem on the first visit.  Tiffany was awesome, Joel was always very nice and Gary, the owner, is a wonderful person to do business with.  We really appreciate everything they have done for us and for being there when we needed an answer or help to something.  When we moved out a few days ago, we got our deposit back the next business day (we moved on a Saturday and got the deposit back on Monday!).   We definitely had a great experience and wanted to make sure others know this also.  I guess people who have a good experience about something or someone, do not have the time to post :).  Thank you!
