Our Management Process SLPM provides Property and Association Management services to all areas of the Oakland and San Francisco East Bay All personnel within our various departments are cross trained and experts in their individual areas of responsibility. This avoids the problem of one individual becoming the sole source of expertise for any group of properties – a situation that could lead to a disaster if that person becomes sick, goes on vacation or simply leaves the firm. The ability of our team members to seamlessly provide assistance and detailed information to our owner and association clients sets us apart from smaller and less organized property management companies. Operations provides financial management and control, income reporting and forecasting, regulatory compliance and identifying developing property management trends. Owner Services whose primary responsibility is to interface with owners in regard to maintenance, approvals, inspections, tenant relations, and legislative changes. Maintenance whose primary function is to create work orders when applicable, assigns work orders to varied subcontractors and handymen, obtains bids, and tracks the work order to completion. Leasing handles all advertising, obtains applications, runs credit reports and holds open houses for vacant properties.
