SLPM Property Management operates under the California Department of Real Estate for property management services, SLPM HOA follows the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act for association management services, and INDEPENDENT REALTY DEMATTEI & ASSOCIATES operates under the California Department of Real Estate for real estate brokerage services.
While we may refer clients between these entities for their respective services, each company operates independently and maintains separate management, records, and regulatory compliance. No company is responsible for the actions, services, or obligations of the others.
